What's included

Food & Accommodation

For the greater part of the journey we will be in safe local guest houses and hotels conveniently located near the town centre. This can be on a twin or triple share; generally couples get their own room. You do not need to bring a sleeping bag on this trip, unless you need it for onward travel.

Breakfast is always included plus 50% of dinners. Breakfast can vary from country to country but usually means cereal, fruit, toast, coffee, tea, juice, etc. Where dinner is not included we will sometimes organise an optional local meal or show, or we may leave you with free time to find your own from a large variety of enticing local restaurants. In the countries on the Hippie Trail food is not expensive and is readily available for all tastes including vegetarians.

As well as your tour leader who is with you for the duration of the trip, on many parts of the trail we will also use the expertise of local guides, particularly in more remote destinations. They work closely with your OzBus Tour Leader to give you the best experience and with the help of their local knowledge, we are able to visit lesser known gems during our journey as well as interact more with the local communities.

We are also proud to be associated with these local operators to bring much needed income to communities less fortunate than our own.
